2. Service Description
KaoBot provides entertainment, utility commands, and game features. The service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- Follow Discord Terms of Service
- Avoid abuse, spam, or harassment
- Not attempt to exploit or disrupt the bot
Server administrators are responsible for managing bot permissions within their servers.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the bot for illegal activities
- Harass or harm other users
- Spam or abuse bot functionality
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the bot
5. Intellectual Property
KaoBot and its original features are owned by the developer.
Third-Party Components
KaoBot uses open-source libraries and assets. These remain under their respective licenses.

6. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to the bot at any time for violations of these terms.
You may remove the bot from your server at any time.
7. Disclaimer
The bot is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for data loss or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the bot.
9. Changes to Terms
These terms may change at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updates.
