  • Discord usernames (current display name)
  • Server (guild) IDs

  • Command usage statistics (e.g. which commands are used and how often)
  • This data is linked to Discord user IDs for functionality and debugging purposes

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

  • Message content outside of command usage
  • Direct messages
  • Voice data
  • Files or attachments
  • Email, real name, or other external personal data

  • Maintain game progression and leaderboards

  • Data is retained as long as the bot is in use in a server or the user continues interacting with it
  • Server data may be removed after bot removal from a server
  • Game progress is retained to preserve continuity unless deletion is requested

  • Request a copy of your stored data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Stop using the bot at any time

Data Requests: All data requests are handled manually through our Discord support server. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Data Deletion Policy

We do not currently provide automated deletion tools.

If you request deletion:

  • Data will be manually removed from our storage systems
  • This may include user data, server configuration, and game progress

9. Third-Party Services

KaoBot operates on Discord. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own policies.

We are not responsible for Discord's data handling practices.

10. Children's Privacy

KaoBot is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the bot implies acceptance of the updated version.
